Neufeld Ranch was founded by Jordan and Valentina Neufeld and their 2 kids in 2022.  Jordan & Valentina moved to Texas in 2014 after living in North Dakota for 8 years.  The long term plan was to buy land in the country after the kids were out of high school but a turn of events in 2020-2021 caused the plan to be accelerated.

In April 2021, an adverse reaction to the COVID vaccine caused Valentina to develop Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. 

This lead the Neufelds on a path to fresh food and greater control over the food for the family.
